ANNAPOLIS, Maryland June 2022 – Constellation Software Engineering (CSE) is pleased to announce that Chris Stone, Founder has accepted a purchase of his company. Mr. Stone remains a minority shareholder.

CSE has successfully transferred ownership to two seasoned entrepreneurs transitioning the company to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).   CSE’s new CEO and its new President are seasoned entrepreneurs having founded and managed companies in excess of $100 million in revenue.  They are excited for the next chapter of CSE to continue fostering growth of the business and eager to continue providing quality and creative solutions to CSE’s many defense and civilian clients.
